Now Hiring Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Support Specialists!

For almost 10 years our client has been one of the industry leaders in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of LED lights. Due to their unwavering commitment to quality and customer service, they've grown in size and revenue year after year. They are a family-owned and operated business.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

o Taking Customer Service Calls, building and maintaining rapport with customers
o Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
o Receiving and processing warranty products for repair
o Patience and perseverance in high stress situations
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Identify customer product and/or service needs
o Live Chat and provide basic Technical Support
o Attend training to update product knowledge
o Review and update activity on all accounts
o Promote and sell products and services
o Email support and communication

Primary Skills and
Qualifications:

o At least 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience
o Business acumen, problem solving and documentation skills
o English/Spanish bilingual communication skills a plus
o Computer proficiency, including web navigation
o Be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM
o Adaptable to changing situations
o Listening and phone skills
o Analyzing information
o Resolving conflict
o Multi-tasking

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
