Texas Disposal Systems Inc - JOB SUMMARYThe Data Entry Clerk supports the Fleet Maintenance managers by entering information in the maintenance database, generating purchase orders, receiving invoices and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of files.
This position also analyzes data regarding the maintenance and operation of company assets, compiles reports and assists with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIESWear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when and where required.
Generate purchase orders.
Ensure digital files are accurate and accessible.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Compile reports as directed.
Close-out the month and complete month-end reports.
Process and distribute confidential and sensitive documents.
Provide information to the Warranty Analyst to assist with the processing of claims.
Maintain and distribute department-related information as needed.
Attend required Safety meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
