The Manager is responsible for training, refinement of staff and team building through employee motivation.
RequirementsLeadership & Communication -Ensures that all Company Standard Operation Procedures are followedTeaches & practices Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness and serviceMaintains an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust based relationships with all personnelEnsures that Customer Satisfaction is the highest priority for all employeesConsistently lives hospitality in every instanceLeads by example - maintains professional image, appearance and languageFinancial Performance-Conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentageEnsures quality control standards and procedures are strictly enforcedEnsures all standardized portion control guidelines are followed and maintainedMonitor sales trends, develop forecasts and make effective decisions to control the key cost of sales and laborMaximize productivity without compromising quality standardsHealth & Safety-Ensure full restaurant compliance with all health department regulationsImmediately address critical violations on self-inspections, health department inspection reports and provide corrective action to prevent repeat violationsEnsure that inspections are conducted, and correct on-going issuesOther Responsibilities-Must enthusiastically meet guests needs, special requests and resolve guest complaints/concerns with the commitment to satisfy themReview and approve all schedules and forecastsCoordinate opening/ closing activities in a timely and safe mannerComplete all operational checklists dailyEnsure that all cash handling procedures are followedEnsure all paperwork and administrative forms are completed correctly and turned in in a timely mannerResolve conflicts and improve team members performance issues in a constructive manner and according to policiesMust have experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and InternetPhysical Requirements:
(including but not limited to)Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours/dayAbility to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoopAbility to freely access all areas of the restaurantAbility to move or handle items weighing up to 50lbsAbility to work varied hours/days to oversee store operationsAbout the Company:
