HOURLY, NON-EXEMPT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following is a general list of key job duties and responsibilities in your position.

Answer the telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver accurate messages, following established customer service protocol Greet all guests and provide the Civitas Customer Service Standards Distribute resident mail Open and distribute all office mail Enter/delete and update residents into POS system and update Develop or photocopy documents and forms as requested Assist with maintenance of files by keeping them updated with new or revised forms Be available to support resident's daily business needs such as copy work, postage, etc.
Maintain lobby area in a clean and uncluttered manner Enter work orders when need arises Create new employee and new resident packets and bags Audit resident and employee files to ensure documents are accounted for Keep all Sagely TV channels updated with accurate and current information Oversee that meal service is done as Civitas Dining Standards outlines Ensure coffee bar is kept up and all containers are filled Residents' rights Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights Training Attend training sessions as directed by supervisor Other Follows and communicates company policies and procedures The job description provides a framework for the job; other duties may be assigned as necessary KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS The following is a general list of key job requirements for your position.

Prior receptionist experience preferred Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and general public Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of residents Practice and promotes the Community's Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement, Core Values and Founding Principles Ability to represent the Community in a positive and professional manner Must be computer literate Strong organizational skills Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with, or without reasonable accommodation PHSYICAL REQUIREMENTS The following is a general list of physical requirements for your position.
