Compensation $15-25 per hour, depending on experience Health insurance, with a 100% fully-paid plan 401(k), with employer match Job Details As an Electrical Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our electrical equipment and supplies warehouse.
You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a well-organized and safe warehouse environment.
This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of electrical products.
You will need great verbal and written communication skills and be friendly and respectful of all employees, visitors, vendors, or customers.

Schedule and assign tasks to ensure a smooth workflow, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
Run daily team meetings set for 7:
30 AM and follow the Daily Meeting Checklist Weekly inspections of the property every Friday after 7:
30 AM Daily Meeting.

1 with each team member to evaluate team expectations and duties.

Computer Knowledge & Skills Intermediate knowledge of Outlook Email Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS Word Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel Basic knowledge of Kojo preferred (Training is available) Warehousing Warehouse organization and cleanliness are to be second to none.
Ensure all special projects are being executed daily by the team.
Extremely organized and exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
Generate reports on inventory, order status, and warehouse performance Shipping and Receiving Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to lift heavy weight from time to time.
Receiving is done in an acceptable timely manner and put away properly.
Accept deliveries from vendors - check, inspect, and count materials for accuracy against the packing slip Note any discrepancies or damaged goods - mark or refuse accordingly.
Upon receiving freight- label with job name, number, and description.
Maintain accurate vendor delivery logs, including handling shipping documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Restock or pull inventory to be delivered to and from job sites.
Coordinate and oversee the receipt and dispatch of electrical supplies.
Ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Knowledge of transportation planning and freight management Work closely with the delivery driver to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
Tool Tracking and Maintenance Responsible for all aspects of tool management including tracking, maintenance, and repairs as well as purchasing of new tools as needed and approved.
Knowledge of tools and materials for our trade.
Maintain the listing of tools and what job sites they are on (track tools).
Inspect and repair/clean (or send out to be repaired) tools returned from the field properly.
Number and Label new tools when purchased.
Safety Compliance Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety training, and addressing any hazards promptly.
Safety & Training - become a certified forklift trainer.
Perform monthly safety training in different warehouse operation aspects Stay up to date with electrical safety regulations and implement best practices.
Wear appropriate safety protective equipment while working in the warehouse.
