Summary:
The HMAC Administrator will support the HMAC Operations Director and the HMAC team.
Essential Functions:
Answer phones promptly, using good judgement to prioritize the timely distribution of messages Perform administrative duties including entry, photocopying, mail distribution, filing, etc.
Receive/screen visitors and handle general inquiries Update class attendee information and email to attendees/supervisors Manage changes to registrations Schedule and proctor written examinations Monitor class schedules and waiting lists Receive, post, and track payments for classes Maintain Outlook calendars to ensure they are current and accurate Complete any tasks deemed necessary by the HMAC Operations Director Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
2
years of college or equivalent experience Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office, Zoom, WordPress (Preferred) Licenses/Certifications:
Current and valid driver's license Preferred Abilities:
Troubleshoot and create processes/systems High level initiative and organization Multi-task and be diligent in a fast-paced environment Maintain a professional, positive service attitude at all times Work on-site at our Buda office from 8 AM-1 PM, Monday-Friday.
This is a part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time for qualified candidates based on performance and business needs.
